In Bkk so far all clubs I went checked my ID, but not in provinces.

If u go often the same club or always come with pretty girls or dressed well, they easily recognized u on subsequent visits. No need them to know them or talk to them. Lol. Although not checking ID, a brisk tap down will still be mandatory.

Thank you bro for all your reply.I do have driving license but the problem is both of my buddy only have 11B and i dont think it's a good idea to bring that over.

Probably will ask them take picture of passport and bring a photocopy.

Who says 11B cannot bring oversea? Make it a habit to bring an identification along when u are in oversea.. dun because of only clubbing then u bring. The main reason is when u are killed, accident, admit to hospital, u will be easily identify and the SG high com/embassy can assist or contact your NOK.

If procedures had not changed then your superior is right as during my time the SAF 11B stays in SG at all times..... if you have to leave the country then you exchange your 11B for an exit pass endorsed by your commander which is supposed to be attached to your passport. This procedure is damn lecheh and many have taken the risk of going overseas quietly if it is just a short trip...... just make sure you do not get into any trouble.
